I am at hunters woods now and want to say your manager Madison is by far the best manager i have worked with !!! She is the best and your lucky to have her there!! Eric was absolutely great ! Friendly and did a wonderful job!!! Left the place clean and explained everything he did . Love this place because of maintenance like Eric .

Maintenance has been great to work with. While our apartment is older and has some preexisting issues, Eric and Jake make sure to fix things completely. It looks like previous maintenance did not fully do the job and cut corners, Jake and Eric make sure everything is up to the renters standards. Property management and maintenance have been respectful of us as tenants, of our space, our pets and our time.

I am sooo impressed with the maintenance department here at this complex. And I'd like to give a special shout out to Eric. I called the emergency line today and Eric came right out in less than 30 min after I called to fix my plugged disposal in my kitchen, drain the water from my dishwasher and lhe was able to ight my pilot light for my heater. It's kinda cold these days. Brrr. So...my Black Friday hero today is Eric. All of my maintenance issues were fixed quickly and professionally. ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

We only just moved here but our move in process was so great and painless thanks to employee Giannah. She’s always so quick to answer our questions and has been very understanding from the beginning so this first impression of the apartment complex has been great on our end!

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to our maintenance technicians Eric and couple others I didn’t catch their name! He handled my request so fast and was extremely thorough. I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed the complex. It was a quiet building with respectful neighbors, maintenace requests were always resolved in a timely manner, and managment was constant on resolving issues quickly and smoothly. The gals at the front desk were always sweet and responsive. 10/10. They made the move in AND the move out process easy as well.

I really enjoy living here—it feels like the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. I love having a porch where I can relax, hang out, and pretend I’m a water fountain critic while watching the fountains outside. It’s also great being close to the trail; it’s peaceful, a little tucked away, and gives me no excuse not to sneak in some exercise (whether I actually do or not is another story). Plus, having the grocery store and freeway nearby makes life so much easier—I can grab dinner, hit the trail, or zip anywhere in the city without hassle.

My apartment has truly been such a wonderful place to live. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the neighbors are friendly, which makes it feel like a real community. The maintenance team is quick, reliable, and always takes care of things efficiently, which gives me peace of mind. On top of that, the office staff is professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Hey, just wanted to say thanks to Jacob and Tim! When I moved in, I had a few little things, and they came the same day to take care of them. They're super kind guys, really appreciate you guys being patient with me.

My AC died in August and I was worried about how hot my 3rd-floor apartment would get. Jacob came over early in the afternoon. He started by cleaning inside the return air vent. When that did not fix the problem, he got a new motor. I was shocked at how quick he was. And he is so friendly. I was able to use my fixed AC before the heat of the day peaked.

We had a great experience with Hunters Woods staff and facilities! They were quick to accept our application when we needed a place hastily. The office has full amenities including a small gym and pool being nearby the JRT trail. When I needed to leave, staff was more than willing to work with me for a convenient time line.

There really nice apartments there really comfortable living and very spacious and have lots of comfortability in the home and pet friendly and very friendly and managers and maintenance and really Reliable happy with them and always will

Jacob and Wesley were super awesome, helped with everything we needed repaired in the apartment and super awesome to chat with while they worked.

Kate was absolutely amazing helping us get into our apartment. Moving can be overwhelming and Kate helped relieve so much stress. She happily answered all my questions and was communicating with me throughout our approval and move. My family and I love our new apartment. Maintenance has been quick to help us well. It’s comforting knowing they really care about their tenants. We’re very happy here at Hunter Woods and appreciate all the TLC they give!

We came in on short notice and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating; it’s clear they take pride in their work! Especially Kate and Madison (and the maintenance manger who was super cool and gave us his bottle waters just cause it was hot out), they went over the top! Finally a good community to call home!

Madison is awesome! She got me into my apartment super fast and has always been there when I needed help. I really enjoyed my time at Hunter’s Woods. My apartment was really nice and at a great price. Maintenance and my fellow tenants were very kind. I love how close Hunter’s Woods is to the parkway. That was a big plus.

The apartments appear to be nice, I have only been in two of them, one on the east side of the street and another on the west in the townhouses. I don't live there only know people that do. So I'm not sure about management or anything else, but on the surface they look like they have been recently remodeled.

I recently moved in and it's clear that the staff here are hard working, kind, and accommodating. Kate and Madison both worked flexibly with me on signing the lease with my apartment. John, Jacob, and Tim were extremely personable and helpful in making some repairs in my apartment my first week. This apartment is a great location with it's access to the Jordan River Trail. I looked up and down the trail for apartments and there are maybe 7 that provide this kind of access to nature. I would love to see recycling offered at this location. It would add to my quality of life (and the planet's!) if I had the convenience of recycling onsite.

Pros and Cons anywhere you stay

My husband and I have lived at this complex for a little over 4 yrs now. We started in a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor and overall it was a pretty decent sized apartment with a nice outdoor patio. We have experienced different management companies since being here and was able to tell the difference when management changed. The newest management is much better than the last and the maintenance men, John and Jacob, have been very efficient and friendly when they stop by. We are pretty quiet people and keep to ourselves so we are not too bothered by anyone else. My complaint would have to be when we transferred from the apartment to a 2 bedroom townhouse. Unfortunately, we were not able to actually do a walk through BEFORE we had all of our things packed in to a uhaul on moving day so we had no choice really but to move in "as is". Been here at this townhouse now for 2 yrs with almost no issues other than the wear and tear in the townhouse BEFORE we moved in that cannot be fixed until we move out. Madison has been great with responding to all my emails I send in and she is pretty efficient at helping get tasks done. Overall not horrible, I have recommended people to this complex, however there is always room for improvement and understanding.

Kate C. Was an absolute help the entire time! Kate C. walked us through every unit because we were so indecisive, she had answers for our many questions. Since we moved in about a week ago we still feel very welcome maintenance is friendly and willing to help. We watched units go fast and that’s because they are so nice inside and located close to everything. Movies, Walmart, gym etc. appliances are great apartment was clean and looked great when moving in.

I just initiated my lease with this property and though I am not yet technically a resident I did want to take a moment and share the PHENOMENAL experience that I have had with the leasing staff. Kate made this process simple even as we navigated my current property management declining to complete rental verifications and a myriad complications that likely would have had most leasing staff ready to issue a rejection. I came for a tour on a day when it was only Miss Kate in the office and the poise and professionalism that she maintained was top tier- even as she helped no less than 8 residents and prospective residents aside from myself, the kindness and demeanor did not change. I decided months ago that I wanted to apply to this community and set some roots down, but after meeting with Kate there was no doubt in my mind this was the place I wanted to focus my efforts. I cannot wait to call this community home, and I decided to share my experience, because even if I hadn't been able to call Hunter's Woods home- this still would have been a 5-star experience. Thank you, Kate, and the Hunter's Woods team for being so graciously helpful. I hope that ownership sees this, and works to keep her a part of this beautiful space.

Maintenance

We had a flood in our apartment and Jacob and John from the maintenance team were very quick to respond. They were also very efficient in getting all the water out and even helped wring out our towels and put them in the washer. The best people to have in a crisis.

I am so happy we made the decision to move here. My son and I love it here so far. Only here a couple weeks but we are so much more happier here. Kat was great through the whole process! So far they seem to be very attentive and responsive to things that need to be fixed. There was a bad smelly stain on my son’s bedroom carpet, they tried cleaning it before we moved in but it didn’t help much. I let Kat know and within a couple days my son had brand new carpet! I can’t wait to finally be settled in here! 😀

Madison in the office is awesome. An issue arose recently, not only did she let me ahead of time. She followed up and gave me a rundown on my options and how to reduce costs. Madison and maintenance guys are great to work with and do try to help out residents.

We've been here for a few years now and seen changes to staff several times. The ladies in the office, Madison and Kat, have always been kind and helped us out as much as they can. In the past maintenance has been slow and frustrating. It has gotten better over the last few months with the new team, the ones I have met are amazing. Today our water heater stopped working and I met one of the newest techs Jacob. He was attentive, quick and communicative. He was also great with my dog! Thank you for helping us out!

Our a.c had been malfunctioning for three months, after multiple work orders had gone unanswered by other technicians and a huge increase in our electric bill; Jacob from maintenance came in and fixed it! Very thorough and very friendly! He's definitely the best maintenance tech working the property! Thank you Jacob, you saved us time and money!

I've lived here about a month, and this might be the best complex I've lived in? It is older, but it's also huge. The location is awesome. The layout is great and the interior is clean and comfortable. They have been incredibly quick to address any issues that do come up or answer any questions I have. The staff seem to genuinely care about the condition of the community and how that affects residents. All of the staff have been kind and easy to work with, but a special shout out to Madison, who has gone above and beyond to help me with the dumbest stuff when she really doesn't have to. The entire staff are even super nice to my dog, spoiling him with treats and pets any time he takes me to the office to say hi (which is every day now because he knows about the treats and pets haha). I've been very happy here so far.

I moved here in December, staff friendly and helpful, if had matnence orders and they're good about fixing things in timely manner. Always friendly as well. Fun things going on in the office, cookies for holidays,dog cups for the dogs on there day, all sorts of fun stuff. Property always nicely clean, how ever it would be nice to see all the foutons working in the ponds. The the tenits around here are decent. Haven't had no trouble with any of them. Nice place to live.

The main onsite manager, Kat, was a tremendous help in navigating a situation involving juvenile delinquents engaged in harassment and physical violence. She listened to concerns, was communicative, and available whenever I needed to report ongoing issues or provide updates on potential new concerns. Unfortunately, not everything happens as quickly as we would like. Limitations beyond Kat's control delayed actions against the responsible parties. However, we've spoken since, and I'm glad to hear that some of the problematic tenants are gone, giving the community a chance to mend. I found the grounds, with their trees, grass, and duck pond, to be pleasant, though the apartments could benefit from updates and touch-up maintenance. Some residents aren't the best at cleaning up after their pets.

Kathy and Madison have been fantastic. I've been living here for 13 years. Anytime I need any help or support I know I can reach out to these wonderful ladies and they'll do everything possible to make things as smooth and easy as possible.

She has let us reach out to her as much as we need and has been so kind! Any issues or questions we have - she hasn’t hesitated to help us. Since we moved in we have found a few things here and there and she has been so kind. Maintenance responds fairly quick and has been very helpful! Everyone here has been very kind and friendly. Great apartments to live in

I just moved into the property this last Saturday. As with anywhere when you move in you notice things that either need to be fixed or there is some rule or procedure that you don't understand. I want to first commend the staff working here for number one explaining to me the way things worked in a polite and professional manner and secondly when there was an issue it was addressed and fixed right away which is something that doesn't always happen. Furthermore the staff treated me with great respect and were very pleasant to work with. I feel lucky to have moved into such a well managed and maintained property and plan to stay for a while.

I am a new resident and so far I am so satisfied with the property, staff and the area in general. The townhomes are nicely set up and spacious. Although some updating is needed in a few areas, I'm very pleased so far. Office staff and maintenance have been wonderful to get things ready for our new place to call home!

Our lease was renewed at 2% for our 3rd year here. Mgmt agreed to let me install bars in bathroom. Agreed to carpets cleaned. Agreed to check AC compressor. Agreed to pressure wash stairs. They are friendly and helpful.

I’ve lived here going on five years and I must say that Madison has taken any issue or concern I may have and solved it. She is so pleasant and easy to work with. Madison is a hard worker and extremely dependable, when she tells you she will get back with you she means it!. Madison will solve the concern. She is a shining example to all of her colleagues. Sad to leave

My husband and I have lived here for almost 7 years. We have NO complaints! Our apartment is very roomy, when something needed fixed it was taken care of right away. Management is friendly and has always gone above and beyond for us. We are moving cross country and are sad to leave, but excited for the next chapter in our lives. I’m happy that the end of this chapter was in a home we were comfortable and loved. That’s how it felt living here, like a home, not just another apartment. If you’re kind to them, they’ll be kind to you. Gonna miss living here.

Our fridge and stove were old and broken. Mgmt ordered and replaced both, including the range hood. Each item was replaced within a week of request! Excellent response and very courteous service. And they work great!

Its a nice place with great neighbors, and community. And Madison is simply amazing and very helpful. As Taylor is. They both treated me great! I'm glad I signed another lease because I am very comfortable here!

What we like about Hunters Woods

I've managed and maintained apts. Nothing as big as Woods. Despite the size of complex, management is responsive to issues. Not an easy task when workers are in short supply and the complex is huge. The maintenance men are friendly, and Kat, the manager always answers with a smile and a willingness to do what needs to be done. The apts. Are roomy with 2 patios and a storage closet.

The apartments also have so much storage it's amazing! I don't hear the neighbors, it's a quiet complex. The office staff are always more than willing to help and same with maintenance. We had a strange issue with some of the lights in our apartment so I called the office to ask for maintenance, and the next day they showed up and it was all fixed! This really truly is a wonderful place to live! Update: I'm now going on living here for 3 years, and it's still truly an amazing place to live! Still no issues with neighbors or noise. The staff are still so friendly and incredible! Once again, I had sent in two maintenance requests early in the morning one day and by the time I got home at 4:30 pm, they were already fixed that same day! They even did some extra little repairs that they had noticed that weren't even on the requests! Not only are they speedy with repairs, but also one of the maintenance people saw my sister as she was arriving home and they asked her how the repairs were holding up and stopped to chat for a bit. The fact that they asked how everything was holding up and had a friendly chat just adds to how amazing this place truly is! This place has been an awesome home, and I highly recommend these apartments to live in!

The management is better now that grumpy lady is gone. They have also hired new maintenance people that are wonderful. Thing at this facility are definitely shaping up for the better than it was…. The manager is hella nice and the assistant out front is wonderful too. Place is more affordable for the area. I would recommend this place to people. They struggled in the beginning but finished 100% they are doing better and better everyday!
